People Business Partner Associate

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities ● Advise and supervise the People Business Partner team on day-to-day operations issues. ● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. ● Proactively assess, identify, of people issues and opportunities via solution-oriented data, trend and scenario analysis. ● Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line manager. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) ● Work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. ● Manage issue intake, investigation, path to resolution and communication to minimize risk, cultivate the culture and enhance employee trust. ● Support the Manager in setting up and executing all HRBP project. Qualifications ● Bachelor degree. ● Working knowledge of human resources, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, labor laws. ● Excellence in communication and analytical skills. ● Be Able to work under pressure. ● Proven track record of developing strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders. ● Ability to leverage data and trend analysis to identify issues and advise the path of improvement or solutions.
