Responsible to manage company's foreclosure assets including motorcycle, car and land.
To be in charge since the collateral is eligible for foreclosure litigation until remarketing and ensure that the relevant operations run efficiently with regard to processes and procedures.
Cooperate with Branch staffs, Collection team, Legal team, Auction house, Land department and related units.
Involve various activities related to foreclosure strategy that minimize risk exposure. Required to manage the foreclosure asset stock movement and assure the safe and timely delivery of asset.
Manage the Remarketing process including price evaluation and setting, cooperate with related units upon collateral type/ selected remarketing channel and follow up on settlement process.
Provide regular necessary report on foreclosure process and performance to Management in order to highlight the trend or issues of current situation.
Manage 'Dunning Letter' operation, coordinate with vendor and smoothen process.
Manage to prepare the litigation list according to company's policy.
Support other Ad-Hoc assignments.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
0-2 years of working experience (New grads are welcome).
Possess between minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in Asset Management from finance or banking industry.
A team player, multitasking, well organized and result oriented.
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
