Branch Communication Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Communication Strategy: Develop and execute internal public relations plans to cascade key information from headquarters to all branches, such as commission adjustments and product policy updates.
• Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of public relations and communication materials, including posters, social media content, and internal announcements.
• Creative Engagement: Conceptualize and create internal events and communication content in inventive ways to ensure every branch receives and understands the message consistently.
• Channel Optimization: Continuously seek out and implement better, more effective solutions and channels to communicate with our branch network.
• Community Management: Actively monitor and respond to comments and questions on our internal communication channels, fostering a positive and open dialogue.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or a related field is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in communication tools and software. Experience with video production or other multimedia communication is a plus.
• Proficient in design software such as Canva, Adobe, and Figma.
• Portfolio available for content or design work (e.g., Behance / Figma / PDF / Website links).
