หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work directly under the F&B Food Services Manager to advise on balances nutritious menus. - To work with the school nurse regarding all student’s allergy and special dietary needs and add directly to the cafeteria software. - To research new healthy eating requirements. - To assist in sourcing new healthy food products from suppliers. - Assist in food preparation. - To serve elementary students that have allergy and special dietary needs from the designated food line at both snack and lunch services. - Require help preparing food, serving food and using registers where needed. - To assist in meetings with NIST student’s parents in explain our system regarding child safety in relation to allergy and special dietary needs of the students. - To work directly with the NIST Catering chefs to take daily food samples, take records and store in a safe manor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai Nationality - Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Nutrition or Food Sciences - Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, food science, is preferred - Fluent in both written and spoken English - Good computer skills in MS Office & Google Office - Having a good service minded - Hardworking and able to work under pressure
