หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Setup devices and peripherals to be connected and functional
• Maintain and repair devices and peripheral devices in suitable working order and perform routine maintenance procedures for all devices
• Oversee that computer hardware and software are maintained at an acceptable level
• Support users in the use of the school computer systems and standard applications
• Occasionally support and standby school events on the request after school or weekend
• Create user guides for hardware and software
• Carry out duties assigned by the IT Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer
• Good Command of English communication skill
• Self-Learning, organized and positive thinking
• Customer service-minded
• High responsibility and a good team player
• Possession of any IT certification is an added advantage
