หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work directly under the Catering Services Assistant Manager to advise on balanced and nutritious menus
• Manage and monitor all students’ allergies and special dietary requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and reports
• Research and stay informed about new healthy eating standards and requirements
• Assist in sourcing healthy food products from approved suppliers
• Support food preparation and meal service as needed
• Assist with food preparation, serving, and operating payment registers when required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Nutrition or Food Sciences
• Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, food science, is preferred
• Able to communicate in written & spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attitude and service-minded
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
