System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Actively participate in Customer Operation by email account and customer’s support website, quickly answered and promptly resolved / fulfilled. - Coordinate with customer and development teams to ensure that all corrective software activities are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. - Investigate and understand root cause for issues in software operation. - Ensure that software are met and that issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. - Ensure operation related activities are performed in compliance with standard and regulations. 
 - Actively participate in delivery of solution-related trainings for the new customer by email, web-ex etc.


คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields (New graduation with strong passion are also welcome)
 - Good experienced with SQL command and understand database relational. - Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of computer functions and strong computer operation skills
 - Should have a positive attitude and work well with others
 - Exemplify analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot computer problems that may arise
 - Have ability to analyse configuration logic and determine how to application. 
 • Must have effective communication skills, computer programming acumen 
 - Good command of English and communication skills
