หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Drive sales of each outlet to meet the target. Achieve P&L target of the outlets Maintain high quality of food and restaurants by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures/standard. Ensure that all branches under his /her supervision are able to achieve QSC objectives as per planned by reviewing & Monitoring Labor planning, scheduling and utilization. Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staffs under his/her supervision as per company’ s policy. Monitor Labor by analyzing store reports, labor scheduling, Labor productivity. Plan and optimize supplies, utilities and all outlet costs/expenses. Coordinate with Marketing department to implement marketing campaign and new products to meet brand’s objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, F&B management or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant operation (Thai restaurant is preferred) Good command of English
