Supply Chain Analyst Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work closely with lead. marketing, operation team, and DPI to proper manage the NPD. This requires an ongoing communication with all parties to ensure the success. - Supervise, collecting and analyzing SCM data, identify, and improvement opportunities in supply chain. It can be in the process, organization and information. - Work daily with 3PL to ensure the smooth supply chain activities and problem solving. - To plan and maintain daly Supply Chain operations. Eliminate potential supply chain failuresas part ofdailyplanning process. - Work with 3PL to develop long term relationship.The on-going developments with 3PL are also required to be planned and executed. - Define inventory policy for each item and ensure all parties implemented the policy properly - Manage all related projects to ensure the deadline, and to meet business requirement - Train and develop staffs. - Assist staffs to resolve complex issues. - Support the supply chain team and management for some development strategic issues. - Perform other duties asassigned by Manager.

• - Adhere to the companny's employee rules & regulations. - Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required. - Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing. - Maintains strong,professionalrelationship with relevant business partners. - Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming. - Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times. - Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. - At least 1-3 years direct experience in SCM planning or Analyst. - Requires in-depth knowledge of supply chain management. - Strong Analytical and Communication skills Experience. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple products/projects and meet timelines - Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related felds. - Good command of English and computer literacy -Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point. - Good in English communication computer literate.
