Assistant Service Manager (Mobile Crane Department)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and administer aftersales services. • Provide technical support to customers, sales and spare parts department. • Develop and support to the field service staff. • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers. • Inventory control and optimize local spare parts stock. • Generate reports, offer quotations and correspondences. • Planning and arranging of service and warranty attendances. • Ensure that workplace safety and health policy is understood, implemented and maintained and that it meets or exceeds industry and regulatory standards. • Implement and support ISO and quality management system. • Monitor of accounts receivable. • Control service operational cost.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 35-45 years old. • Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or relate field of the Engineer. • Experience 5 years as Technical Advisor in the service/repair jobs. • Applicants have experience of working in a similar role will be an advantage. • Can command of English both verbal and written skill. • Can drive a Car and have driving license. • Must have leadership skills and strong analytical skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. • Able to work independently and under pressure inside job. • Able to go to service around country and overseas. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
