ฺBusiness Analyst (Senior)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist in leading the development of the strategic plan for all businesses under the group company and ensure resources are utilized effectively
• Aligns initiatives under a single plan to articulate linkages to wide initiatives
• Formalizing and leading the strategic planning process, focusing on long term trends and outlook, and competitive intelligence
• Facilitates the execution of the strategy by working collaboratively with the other team
• Ensures that appropriate metrics are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals
• Acts as a key advisor on critical changes in the competitive landscape, local market, and external business environment
• Oversees the development and implementation of a knowledge management infrastructure and leads in the management of organizational knowledge as a strategic asset to further the organization’s goals
• Create strategic growth plan by researching market and analyzing business opportunities in technology-related market that complements well
• Explore new opportunity to expand business or proceed investment project
• Oversee and lead execution of activities in project development in terms of financial analysis, timeline, etc.
• Manage ad-hoc project assignments as well as explore other potential business opportunities meeting the business direction
• Optimization internal data in compare with external data (competitor’s rent rate) to create price index by store format with competitive rate
• Develop strategies for the maximization of GP and ensure effective governance and risk management in the overall pricing process
• Competitive landscape analysis, make recommendations for adjustments to both operations and overall strategy
• Establish and evaluate KPIs of tracking rental performance, using them to enable continuous improvement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor/Master's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experiences in business development, management consultant or investment banking / corporate finance role with proven track record in strategy planning, development, and execution
• Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyze problems and to guide and develop solutions
• Passion to work on deals and projects with agile mindset – with a passion to learn about new concepts / businesses and to leave comfort zone to work on unfamiliar projects / assignments
• Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building
• Strong project management and project execution skills
• Knowledge or experience in retail business will be an advantage
