Senior Data Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and inconsistencies, providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Present clear, concise data insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the organization
• Lead automation initiatives and develop data pipelines to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency
• Design and implement custom dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using MS 365, enhancing data accessibility for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data models, custom SQL queries, and automated reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business operations
• Manage data migration projects and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business intelligence across various departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, leasing, marketing, and sales, to align data analysis with organizational objectives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales analysis, business & Data analysis, Data analysist from commercial retail business
• Proven experience in data analysis using SQL and other relevant data manipulation tools and strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data cleansing techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key trends and patterns in data
• Experience creating clear and insightful data visualizations (Python, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings to diverse audiences
• Proficient in handling high-pressure situations and deadline management
