หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Ensure project stakeholders are identified and informed, and that project requirements are understood and aligned with business objectives. • Lead and motivate project teams, managing team dynamics and resolving conflicts as needed. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs. • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and manage project risks and issues. • Manage project budgets and ensure all project expenditures are appropriately authorized and documented. • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure project deliverables are of high quality, meet stakeholder expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management. • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
