• Scope: • 3D CAD Design of tools (molds and jigs) based on project budgets, timelines and customer demand. Responsibilities: • Analyzing and gaining full knowledge about customer requirements • Specification of tooling concepts in accordance with automotive standards • Professional 3D tool design in accordance with RPS System, components and machining tolerances and material properties • 3D control of tooling concepts for the event the tooling design was outsourced • Tracking and reporting project status • Identifying and communicating critical project elements and escalating if necessary • Assuring successful fulfillment of all project development phases and related milestones • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
