• Job Scope: Monitor and report the status of organizational guidelines; coordinate, coach, roll out and report the implementation of new Organizational Guidelines. Responsibilities: Organizational Development • Analyze current status and recommend / set up new or complementary Guidelines • Coordinate, coach and roll out new Organizational Guidelines • Monitor the implementation and measure the efficiency of HR development topics • Monthly HR status reports Mentoring & Staff Development • Work with / Consult CAC Managers to analyze and develop sustainable employee growth plans / career plans as well as departmental and company plans • Guide employees on HR Related issues • Coach employees with regard to achieving individual or department wide targets • Organize educational Workshops/Trainings for employees in order to improve professional and technical knowledge
