• Introducing the self storage services to customers with good understanding.
• Respond to customer questions in an efficient and appropriate manner.
• Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
• Taking care customers to get the best experience in any touch points.
• Assist with customer outreach.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments.
• Coordinate between our logistic outsourcing and customers.
• Updating customer records and storage units.
