• 1.)Project Execution: Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, including but not limited to anime-related events, licensing agreements, tie-in promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• 2.)Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the anime character industry. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• 3.)Licensing: Collaborate with external partners and licensors to secure licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.
• 4.)Event Management: Organize and manage anime-related events, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring successful execution and positive attendee experiences.
• 5.)Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize the impact of marketing activities while maintaining cost efficiency.
• 6.)Reporting: Provide regular reports and performance metrics to the General Manager, highlighting the success and areas for improvement of marketing initiatives.
• 7.)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, creative, and licensing, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• 8.)Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand image and identity in the anime character market.
