Network & Infrastructure Spacialist, Team Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and maintain the organization's Network and IT Infrastructure to ensure reliability, stability, security, and high availability.
• Administer and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, and Routing & Switching environments.
• Monitor network and infrastructure performance to proactively identify issues and minimize system downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Network, Server, Hardware, Software, and Infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and support Network Security, including Firewall, Access Control, VPN, Endpoint Security, and Network Segmentation.
• Maintain and support infrastructure related to Healthcare IT and Laboratory Systems.
• Support connectivity and integration between IT Infrastructure, Laboratory Systems, Applications, and Healthcare-related Systems.
• Manage and support Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance across Network, Server, and Storage environments.
• Create and maintain Network Diagrams, Infrastructure Documentation, Asset Registers, and Technical Documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support.
• Support the development and implementation of IT Security Policies, IT Procedures, and Technical Standards.
• Participate in IT Infrastructure Improvement, Digital Transformation, and Healthcare IT Solution Projects.
• Perform other IT infrastructure-related duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Network and IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall/VPN, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Server & Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Network Monitoring, and IT Security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Good technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Application, Laboratory, and Vendor teams.
• Strong service mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft, or Cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or related systems is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft, or Cloud Certifications are a plus.
• Network: Strong hands-on experience in TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Firewall/VPN, and Network Monitoring.
• Infrastructure & Security: Experience with Windows/Linux Server, Server & Virtualization, Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Endpoint Security, Access Control, Network Segmentation, and IT Security Standards.
• Technology Environment: Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft Technologies, and Cloud Technologies; additional enterprise infrastructure experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
