• 1.Bachelor Degree 2.Manage tasks Plan and control Production.Deal with the problem Improve and develop production quality.Effectiveness with cost savings. 3 Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. 4.Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives. 5. Determine how and how employees to follow the steps. 6.Control and motivate employees to follow the steps. 7.Monitor and evaluate performance against goals. 8. Define how to correct the case when the target does not meet 9. Coordinate with relevant departments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor degree production engineering or other related fields. 2.Good English speak & write required 3. At least 3 years working experience 4.Good Command of English Experience in Microsoft office 5. Good Communication skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6.Leadership have responsibility and with high pressure.
