หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Resources planning and monitoring annual manpower plan to meet requirement and Company’s objective. • Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and managers to achieve organizations short and long term hiring goals • Involve recruitment and selection module, arrange interview appointment, take care candidates, conduct skill test and submit selected candidates to original affiliation for consideration. • Initiating, developing, human development, involve with learning and human development system and organizational development, include following with Thailand labor regulation. • Liaise with related person and summary performance of employees or other assignment from manager.

• 1.Good Command of computer literate ( Power point, Excel and Word) 2.Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality 3.Good communication. 4.Strong service minded
