HR Manager (Talent Acquisition Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION • Preparing the annual manpower plan for experienced candidates and new graduates, in line with business needs. • Providing solutions and strategic advice to business leaders in relation to recruitment and campus/trainee programs. • Establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. • Leading the design of hiring assessment criteria and tools to attract qualified candidates. • Ensuring, always that the right candidate with the highest caliber is selected in a fair manner. • Leading and supervising subordinates to provide high quality and effective professional recruitment services. • Improving organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks. • Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and using newsgroups and job sites. • Visiting domestic institutions to build and maintain relationships with key people. • Collaborating with other HR function representatives and business leaders to design and implement professional, mass, and social network recruitment solutions, including campus and trainee programs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES • Master degree of Human Resource Management, Organization Development or related disciplines. • 10 years up experience in Recruitment function KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL & TRAINING REQUIREMENT • Prior experience of developing manpower plans and recruitment strategies. • Must have experience with recruitment strategies practices • Mature, proactive, high responsible, plug-in, adaptable, result-oriented • Possess good commercial approach and business sense • Ability to work and communicate with all kinds of people • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
