หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Initiation, design, and implementation of HRD (included training & OD) programs system and interventions such as Career Development, Talent Management, Development road map etc. • Diagnose and identify organization, department and individual needs to plan for organization learning programs and develops various training program. • Performs job analysis, evaluation, business mapping culture and team based intervention. • Initiates appropriate changes within organizational transaction activities. • Acts as consultant to provide consult and guide dance to line managers for employee development program. • Prepare the future talent through the internship program by screening, selecting and transferring to permanent employee including creating the strengthen relationship with universities. • Analyze and identify training and development needs within the organization through need survey, appraisal and regular consultation with department head.
