Corporate Lawyer (Senior)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on business and commercial law to foreign corporate clients.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client matters and internal decision-making.
• Liaise and negotiate with officials from relevant government agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Manage and oversee company registrations, regulatory filings, and license applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in business or commercial law
• Strong knowledge of business and commercial law
• Excellent contract drafting and review skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with government authorities
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication in English
