HR Specialist (Recruitment and Talent Acquisition)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Monitor manpower budget - Handle whole recruitment process both internal and external from beginning to end of process this also include facilitating orientation and onboarding program until end of probation period - Build up good relationship with talents sources and conduct projects related to employer branding - Facilitate student trainees and internship program - Create and Facilitate activities that build & level up engagement of employees which also include CSR activities - Develop and facilitate activities to build effective internal communication - Arranging & updating employee’s personnal file. - Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standards of document related to HR department

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources or any related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. - Good interpersonal & communication skills, analytical thinking, planning & service minded, attention to detail and can do attitude - Team player and self starter with the ability to work independently - Good command of both written and spoken English.
