หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Health check all of the services that running on Unix/Linux system, including database (Oracle , Mysql)
- List of all the issues and coordinating with Level2Support
- Patch update service on staging and testing of the bug and corresponding impact modules
- Regression testing of all services regularly(monthly)
- Managing client communication in case of major issues
- Daily report to client on open issues and open CRs along with the status in predefined format
- Coordinating with Business and Tech teams for new Change Requests
- Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
- Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
