หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •To Provide first tier support and provide troubleshooting and technical support to customer for all products, software on windows base, hardware and all kind of peripherals, and all the tasks related to the end-user computing application over the phone and online ticket website. •To manage and tracking incidents until close all incidents within SLA and escalate to relate team. •Maintain, monitor and perform IT troubleshooting for end users. •Set up, install and configure appropriate hardware and software and functions according to specifications. •Provide day to day operational support when required users covering hardware, software and local and network. •Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems [repair or replace parts, debugging etc.] •Document and archive all correspondence and retain a record of troubleshoot related matters.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Thai nationality, age 23 – 30 years old. •Bachelor's degree in Information System or any related field. •1-2 years of working experience in IT support. •Good command of both written and spoken in English. •Computer literacy [Installs, configures and supports PC,Window Servers and LAN network.] •Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented. •Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
