Receive and log customer calls in the Helpdesk system within the agreed response time.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate with service partners to resolve incidents.
Monitor and track call progress to ensure compliance with SLA targets.
Escalate unresolved or critical cases according to escalation procedures.
Prepare and maintain call log data and service reports.
Deliver on-site technical support and perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities.
Maintain IT asset inventory and update user documentation as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or any related fields
1-2 years in service and support of Computer equipment, Network system , Infrastructure, IT Service management
Knowledge in Windows Operating System ,Microsoft Office, MS SQL would be advantage.
Ability to work flexible
Fair of English would be advantage สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับนายต่างชาติได้
Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must
