หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Direct a technology team in the execution of the strategic vision for an assigned project.

2. Provide guidance and support in handling complex problems and/or coordinating work

3. Manage the day-to-day planning and operational aspects of the project to ensure deliverable timelines are met.

4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution, and negotiation, together with good presentation / communication skills

6. Support to Team to keep the overall project team under control and timely identify the risks and weakness of project for the timely rectification.

7. Continuously monitoring and review the progress of each departments to ensure all milestones are being achieved as per plan

8. Administering everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.

9. Maintaining all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.

10. Coordinate/facilitate development and execution of company projects strategies and plans.

11. Continuously liaise with relevant stakeholders to update progress of projects.

12. Collaborate and support on clients agenda upon request.

13. Update progress on AIS Enterprise Data Services (EDS) link connection problem and providing counsel on the network for EDS customers.

14. Coordinate with the relevant teams to investigate, follow up and solve the problem

15. Others as assigned by the Project Manager

Qualifications:
1. At least 0-1 years experience
2. Telecommunication Engineer or Telecom related degree
3. Intermediate level of English communication (written/verbal).
4. Knowledgeable in Telecom, Network, Project Management
5. Strong knowledge with Office365
6. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
7. Proactive, service minded, persistent and self-motivated, and good project management.

- มีความรู้อุปกรณ์ภายในสถานีฐาน(Base) ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ Wan,Lan,ตรวจสอบการ Configuration ด้านเทคนิคต่างๆ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้า การ configuration parameter VLAN/Port/Unit/Circuit into Online project ในระบบฐานข้อมูล
- ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหา ระบบ ping test link กับทางลูกค้าและทีม maintenance รวมถึง (LAN/WAN IP)
- มีทักษะในด้านการจัดการและมีทักษะในการประสานงาน เพราะต้องประสานงานภายในองค์กรประสานงานกับทาง subcontract ,Sales, และทีมต่างๆ เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงได้
- มีความสามารถในการทำ Report ใช้ excel ได้
- มีกระบวนการทำงานที่เป็นระบบระเบียบ มีความรอบคอบ เก็บรายละเอียดงานและสามารถตอบคำถามได้ดี
- เป็น Monitor, On call ไม่ได้วิ่งไซต์
- คุย Process ในเรื่องการติดตั้ง
- Control ซัพของ AIS อีกที
