Learning & Development Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Research content & materials to design learning experience in accordance with staff's and business's goals 2. Support in formal training sessions to provide foundational knowledge and skills to apply in the job 3. Work closely with technical trainers to evaluate training results, efficiency, and experience of staff 4. Act as an L&D consultant for staff and managers, including but not limited to: defining problems / goals; researching information; identifying & presenting solutions; setting up and conducting implementation plans; monitoring and evaluating the implementation. 5. Check-in regularly with staff who are implementing different projects and provide in-time advice to aid their implementation 6. Support L&D Lead to measure effectiveness of provided solutions to identify areas for improvement and good sections Create project report for departments and internal knowledge management 7. Translate materials from English to Thai and create visual representations of such content 8. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by L&D Lead

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or any related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in a training and development / teaching / Background in instructional design and facilitation skills is an advantage - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms is an advantage - Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
