1. Analyze trends and patterns on volume injection for accurate forecasting needs in class requisition 2. Identify behavioral trends that impact overall operational performance (data trends and patterns in schedule adherence) 3. Continue to analyze reporting, staffing and scheduling procedure for optimizing efficiency 4. Establish and maintain operational report (ie. real-time and historical reports) on volumes, service performance, staffing and trends. 5. Proactively maintain continuous internal communication with staff, managers, and directors regarding load balancing and staffing needs, in real-time, and historically; 6. Lead meetings with management to assess performance and identify and mitigate risks; 7.Coach, train, and evaluate team members; 8. Manage the team to ensure service level standards are consistently met; 9. Oversee intraday management of real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service-level requirements; 10. Make decisions and provide solutions on certain Operational challenges impacting staffing and scheduling.

- Bachelors Degree or Higher in any discipline - 1+ years experience in scheduling / planner or an RTA role - Attention to detail and effective time management - Good communication skill (B2) - Understanding effective scheduling, planning and seat planning process - Good analytical skills on data trends, volume patterns and forecasting of class requisition - Strong knowledge in capacity planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills
