RF Engineer Junior (DTA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Parameters and service Verification (1) Perform Stationary Test to check Parameter settings of each cell/sector are consistent with network planning or not; (2) Verify Coverage and Signal are normal or not. (3) Verify the Handover and mobiltiy between neighbouring sites and Inter-working layers. (4) Verify all basic Services Functionality as per Project requirements. Also check voice quality such as one-way call, silence call, echo call etc and collect all relevant information according to “SSV report template” that provide by Huawei. Trouble Shooting (1) Perform drive test and collect necessary information for trouble-shooting and make sure all problems are solved within the SLA period required by Project team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least bachelor degree in Telecommunications or related fields - At least 1-2 years of experience in RF role - Prior experience working with Ericsson EMS OSS & ENIQ, performance management, and parameter configuration especially in TDD and FDD parameters & features - Knowledge in RF Optimization Layer 3 analysis experience using tools like ACTIX, Huawei DNA, TEMS Discovery. Able to troubleshoot End-to-End Customer complaints - Deep experience in network performance and troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, connection drops, blocks, creating reports with complete solution - Moderate command of spoken/written English and have presentation skills - Good work ethics and attention to detail - 5G experience is a plus (not mandatory)
