Outside Plant Planning

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• As an Outside Plant Planning (OSP) engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing which includes fiber optic cables, conduits, poles, cabinets, other equipment and coverage area of enterprise service.
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, contractors, vendors, regulators and customers, to ensure that the network meets the quality, performance, and budget requirements.
• You will also perform prepare engineering concept design and specifications, document approvals.
• You will monitor and troubleshoot the network performance, and provide technical support and guidance to field maintenance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female, 22-28 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Able to understand CAD drawing, geographic information system (GIS) software, Map, Google Maps, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of outside plant engineering principles, standards, codes, and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
