Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to mobile networks to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support operational and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain automated scripts using SQL, Python, and VBA to streamline mobile network data processes and reporting.
Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to define data requirements, extract relevant data, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights on network performance, optimization opportunities, and other operational metrics.
Identify areas for process improvement and automation within mobile network data workflows, driving operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to data and automation, ensuring timely resolutions to avoid service disruptions.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple systems and maintain data integrity for network performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends in mobile networks, data analysis, and automation technologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in mobile networks or telecommunications.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong programming skills in Python for automation, data analysis, and scripting.
Experience with VBA for Excel automation and reporting.
Familiarity with mobile network data, such as KPIs, network optimization, and network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with mobile network technologies such as 4G/5G, RAN, Core Networks, or similar.
Experience with network performance monitoring tools (e.g., NetAct, ENM, or similar).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights for mobile network optimization.
