Enterprise Product Operations & Analysis

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor the sales pipeline, including status, changes, delays, project value changes, and reasons for win/loss/cancel outcomes.
• Conduct interviews with Sales and Pre-sales teams to gather insights on top opportunities.
• Extract and present pipeline data in a meaningful and easy-to-understand format for the Product Team.
• Request and collect vendor quotes for services (e.g., DDoS protection, cloud solutions).
• Prepare e-Memos for purchase approval, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is gathered.
• Collaborate with the pricing tool development staff to update existing tariffs or add new tariff models based on approved price and discount by the Product Team.
• Work with the company's legal counsel to finalize terms and conditions for standard services.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support team to publish the terms and conditions in the system for each product (or directly upload if the system allows). 

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Procurement, or related fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, procurement coordination, pricing, or service management.
• Familiarity with managed services procurement, such as cloud solutions or security services.
• Basic knowledge of the telecommunications or IT industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI or MySQL for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in database tools or writing simple codes/macros to enhance process efficiency.
• Experience in pricing strategies, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking.
• Familiarity with vendors like Telogic, Westcon, or VSTECS.
