เวลาทำงานอื่น : Approximately 1–2 days per week in the office and 2–3 days per week conducting site visits

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure compliance with Thai EHS laws and company EHS policies and procedures
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and assessments
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and follow up corrective and preventive actions
• Lead and support incident and near-miss investigations
• Assess project EHS risks and environmental aspects and verify control measures
• Monitor EHS performance against project KPIs and targets
• Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and safety communications
• Support EHS campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide practical EHS advice to project teams and contractors
• Act as the on-site EHS focal point for the project

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or recognized OHS qualification
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred
• Certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) or equivalent under Thai Labor Law
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in EHS roles, preferably construction or project-based
• Strong knowledge of high-risk activities (WAH, electrical, lifting, transport)
• Solid understanding of Thai EHS legislation and inspections
• Confident communicator with contractors and suppliers
• Proficient in MS Office and EHS reporting
• English communication skills are an advantage
• Based in Upper Northern Thailand (office in Chiang Mai)
• Able to travel regularly to remote sites (minimum 3 days per week)
• Own 4-wheel vehicle required
