Monitor and be responsible for the Project Plan work (Planwork) to ensure smooth execution and progress of the project.
Oversee and manage the Smart Access system for the proper Check-in and Check-out of contractors on the site.
Coordinate with the central admin team regarding EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) to ensure the safety data of contractors is verified before they enter the site.
Upload necessary data into the system for the client’s reference and documentation.
Liaise and coordinate with both internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth communication and progress of project activities.
