DWDM Technical Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide technical support for DWDM product solutions to telecom operator customers.
• Assist in the design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of DWDM systems.
• Ensure proper functionality and optimal performance of the DWDM products within customer networks.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, and Support) to ensure successful product deployment.
• Perform network assessments and create reports based on performance metrics.
• Train customers on DWDM product usage and best practices for efficient network operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to DWDM equipment in customer environments.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in DWDM technology to provide timely advice and solutions to clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with DWDM products and technologies, preferably in a vendor or telecom operator environment.
• Solid understanding of optical networks, DWDM technologies, and related network protocols.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of DWDM equipment.
• Good knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits and deployments as required.
