DTA & OSS Engineer (based in Nakorn Pathom Office)

• Conduct single-site verification (SSV), cluster drive tests, and troubleshooting for 4G/5G networks.
• Operate tools such as TEMS Investigation, NEMO Outdoor, or X-Cal for data collection.
• Perform log file analysis using Actix Analyzer, TEMS Discovery, or NEMO Analyze.
• Validate KPIs such as RSRP, SINR, throughput, call drops, handovers, and coverage gaps
• Coordinate with the integration and commissioning team for site readiness and testing.
• Report field issues such as hardware faults, interference, or neighbor relation problems.

• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs and alarms to identify underperforming cells or clusters.
• Support parameter tuning, neighbor list optimization, and handover configuration via OSS
• Assist in post-processing and reporting of optimization activities.
• Automate tasks and reports using Excel macros, SQL, or Python (optional but preferred).

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in RF drive testing and OSS-based analysis.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major vendor's OSS platform (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).
• Familiarity with field tools like TEMS/NEMO and post-processing software like Actix.
• Solid understanding of LTE/5G radio KPIs and network performance concepts.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for field activities.
• Basic scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) for data handling or reporting automation. (Preferred)
• Knowledge of 5G NSA/SA features and call flow analysis. (Preferred)
• Vendor certification (e.g., Huawei HCIA, Ericsson RF Training). (Preferred)
