Work in NOC Monitoring Shift (12 hours/shift) Day & Night Shift

1st Level Alarm Monitoring of Transport Multivendor (Huawei/Cisco/Nokia/Juniper/F5/Extreme/Palo Alto etc) equipment (IPRAN/IPCore {Router/Switches/Firewall}/Microwave/DWDM/Wifi/SDH/ISP) Network
Coordination, support, management, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels
Communicate with Field, 3PP and 2nd Line Support (Local & Remote(GSC))
Perform 1st troubleshooting and/or escalate to 2nd line support
Perform 1st troubleshooting and/or escalate to 2nd line support
Constantly monitoring Service availability & performance. Machines guided by humans who intervene for exceptions.
Constantly monitors the EoE machine systems, data & the different models that support delivery of Services.
Support Call Center for customer complaint handling Handover and Incident Report
Operational KPI SLA & Response Time
Support to Incident and Shift Manager

Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G,5G and new technology telecom network

Basic knowledge of RAN Multivendor (Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia) Network
Basic knowledge of IP Network (OSI Model)
