Execute daily IT infrastructure operations across network, server, and cloud environments following client-defined runbooks
Perform system health checks, routine maintenance, and asset inventory management
Provide 24/7 on-call support and execute initial incident response actions
Operate and support network and security systems including DNS, routing, firewall, SD-WAN, WAF, and enterprise network devices
Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V, Linux) and enterprise hardware
Execute backup, disaster recovery, and restore activities per approved procedures
Perform basic operational support for AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud services
Implement approved infrastructure changes, patching, and updates
Support security configuration and cost optimization activities as authorized

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Experience in IT infrastructure operations (network, server, or cloud).
Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, Cisco, or equivalent network technologies.
Basic working knowledge of AWS / M365 / Google Cloud.
Ability to follow runbooks and change procedures accurately.
Ability to work 24/7 on-call and attend onsite when required.
Strong discipline, fast learner, and good coordination/communication skills.
Intermediate in English
