หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan, design, and maintain IT infrastructure in the factory, including servers, network systems, and communication devices.
• Monitor and maintain network systems and hardware to ensure stability and security.
• Install and update software, operating systems, and applications necessary for factory operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to IT systems and provide support to users in the factory.
• Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage data security and protect against cyber threats such as viruses and internet attacks.
• Collaborate with central IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve systems.
• Document installations, changes, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Analyze and improve IT infrastructure efficiency to meet factory needs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Male Age 26-35 years.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, networking, and server maintenance
