Monitoring on Network.
Serve as the first point of contact for Customer issues over the phone, email, and line.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Create, Update, Follow up, and Close Ticket.
Basic troubleshooting or verify issues and forward Ticket to the related team with necessary information.
Cooperate with related patties to resolve issues.
End day batch job and summarize Fault Report Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
Other task as assigned.

Male 23-30 years of age
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of experience in NOC, System, or IT Infrastructure
Strong experience in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage)
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux and/or Windows Server)
Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
Able to work in shift rotation and on-call support
