Junior Data Center Technical Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and inspect electrical, mechanical, and other critical Data Center systems.
• Perform routine site inspections, including checking equipment conditions and reading equipment parameters.
• Record equipment readings and maintain accurate operational records.
• Prepare daily operation, inspection, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the customer's Operations Team and relevant technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting when equipment abnormalities or issues occur.
• Follow up on maintenance and repair activities to ensure issues are properly resolved.
• Coordinate and supervise personnel entering the Data Center to ensure compliance with site rules and regulations.
• Support scheduled maintenance, system checks, and other operational activities.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and coordinate with the relevant support teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with Data Center safety, security, and operational procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical equipment maintenance, building systems, or Data Center environments.
• Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience in equipment inspection, monitoring, maintenance, or technical operations is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a critical environment.
• Good attitude and professional personality.
