เจ้าหน้าที่ Export Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage import/export order processing through effective communication / coordination with oversea colleagues and customer. - Organize oversea shipment by adhering to the given shipping Instruction and be able to arrange shipment efficiently in a timely Manner through different modes of transportation. - Organize an oversee import/export customs clearance and drayage operations. - Plan , negotiate and coordinator will all business partners such as Carrier, freight for warder, shipping &customer; teams transport subcontractors and warehouse team to ensure smooth import and export operation. - Prepare relate documents follow Thailand law and regulation - Manage any relevant operational issues and provide efficient and timely problem solving. - Provide effective support to the warehouse operations , includes financial reports administration , document administration, Ap/Ar And other general issues as required by the operation manager - Continuously seek for opportunities to save cost or increase revenue to the company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai ,bachelor’s degree in related field or higher. - Minimum 5 years up experience in logistic and transportation. - Good knowledge costs accounting , financial report ,customer and Free trade zone regulation is considered a plus - Ability to communication skill with a ability to work under pressure - Proficient user of ms office - Good command in English both speaking and writing.
