Lead UXUI Designer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• UX design ( 70…. %) Team management ( 30... %) 1.lead UX designer and Collaborate with designer, developers and project manager 2.Plan and support in designer to develop design insights that help work out viable UX design solutions 3.Mentor and delegate tasks to UX team, prioritize activities and define deadlines 4.Consider both user needs and business goals and translate insights to design concepts that clean layouts and simple-to-use experience 5.Contribute to experience design standards and guidelines 6.Keep tracking users feedback from launching features to improve and develop new things 7.Leading UX on projects with website and application platform 8.Define how the user experience of the company’s products should be, set the values for a good experience, set the values for UX’s team and define which paths should be followed today and in future 9.Follow up with team and projects to reduce obstacle and help team reach the goals

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.3+ Years of experience in ux designer 2.Experience leading and mentoring designers 3.Good knowledge of the design process 4.Good knowledge of the UX tools such as…fixma (experienced in using tools(..fixma, ) 5.Growth mindset keep learning and improving about new products design or approach 6.Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with team
