หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Macbook for work mon - fri ( 9 am - 6pm) Responsibility : -Analyze issues related program fault , identify the root case , lead the investigation and own the problem resolution. -Good understanding between business logic and technical error. -Identifying ideas to improve system performance and impact availability. -Identify the problem's basic causes, analyze it carefully, and be capable of contacting the responsible team to fix it. -Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. -Communication and collaborate with others teams and developer team. -Development applications or technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements including, Quality, and Performance within Committed time frame. -Take care and fix problems in the program that occur and support when users have problems from using the program. -Support users, developing documentation and assistance tools. -Knowledge of IT , understanding Flowchart and writing code. -Work with the management team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Required -Javascript , php, node.js, sql, html -Experience with minimum 1 years in performing programming -Good communication and negotiation skill -Adapt to fast changing with a startup environment
