Senior Recruiter (IT and Non-IT)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description - Design and implement recruitment strategy & employer branding to achieve target within timeline. - Handle end-to-end recruitment both of IT and Non-IT positions from get requirements to onboarding. - Manage all sourcing channels include job post, Facebook, LinkedIn, job fair, roadshow and etc. - Coaching and mentoring recruitment team member. - Maintain employee database. - Initiate, design and maintain HR data reports, tracking and other metrix to get insight and design new solutions to drive performance. - Manage recruitment budget. - Process improvement. - Initiate a new projects. Job Specification - Bachelor degree or higher in HR, Psychology, OD or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or related field. - Experienced in IT, Non-IT recruitment and employer branding. - Background in a startup company. - Good communication in Thai and English. - Proactive personality, passionate in startup environment. - Strong analytical skill, self-learning, result-oriented. - Innovation mindset, Openness to new experiece.
