Key Account Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations • Lead and manage retail outlets’ day-to-day performance • Prepare weekly updates on performance and target achievement • Provide regular updates and resolution • Work with other Business Units to generate potential leads • Build a strong client relationship to ensure accounts perform and grow to their maximum potential • Implement and execute sales activities to achieve target budgets and maximize growth within the existing customer base • Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve retail business operations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service functions in logistics or retail industry. • Good understanding of eCommerce industry • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) • Fair command in English both spoken & written
