Project (Product) Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Gather and lead business requirements which relate to products (platform) and conduct initial requirements and workflow, including UX/UI design, operation plan, innovative ideas, and user stories. • Get customer’s requirements to clearly understand the customer’s technical needs and communicate them for product creation, implementation, integration and launching. • Work cross-functionally with Domestic and International Business Development Team or IT Team to conceptualize a viable product requirement. • Cooperate with web development, web designers, UX/UI to match visual design intent. • Provide e-payment gateway and solution technology trends to product team for the good solution of e-payment business for both customers and the company and for assessment emerging products and potential threats and risks to any functions in the company. • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customers to build the best-in-class product and platform that can increase users and generating revenue. • Propose innovative ideas in e-payment solution to create the product and ensure its capabilities and implement in the timely manner or schedule. • Analyze the risk may occur in product launching, problem solving justify to cope with risks. • Analyze and understand algorithms, data pipelines, and automated systems. • Collect feedback, analyze data, and look for improvements toward the product or commerce operations. • Develop and build good relationship with Domestic or International Banks and Financial Institutes including e-Wallet Providers • Establish relationships with new clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients • Understand client/customer’s needs and identify the opportunities for the company. • Design call plan / customer visit plan • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues • Notify the team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities • Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or any related fields. • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital product development. • Able to write and communicate well in both English and Chinese • Good knowledge in technology and trends in e-payment solution business. • Background from B2B e-payment solution products and services is highly preferred. • Understanding Agile principles. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Sharp analytical, creativity, reliable and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills and can work on multiple projects at the same time
