Project management associate (Mandarin Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource allocation and optimization • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Ensure that project is run smoothly by monitor and operate the configuration of online to offline platform • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Conduct weekly meeting with all relavant parties to update project status, plan, risks and summary action items to meet goals. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment • Excellent time and project management skills, always looking to improve efficient processes • Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Good Command in English or Chinese both speaking and writing
